Associate Official

Associate Official (2-Year Fixed-Term Contract)
A new role designed to foster talent, provide structured development, and strengthen our work on behalf of members across all sectors.
As Associate Official, you’ll work directly with the General Secretary and contribute to key areas including:
• Organising and recruitment at branch level
• Supporting and training union reps and workplace committees
• Policy development, research, and training delivery
• Industrial relations casework and day-to-day union operations
